Companies mission and vision may be different also their sectors and company culture and goals. But the common point to all of them to reach the right customer base, to keep the customer satisfaction at the highest levels, to expand the sales network and continue to grow the business step by step.
At the present day, technologies have been changing; reach Internet from everywhere is so easy. People search more than before when they want to buy something. If you have any bad product review or bad customer relationship or rude workers people can find easily on Internet. It is not a good start for a company or to keep continue and grow the business.

Good to focus your customers but you cannot forget about your workers performance and reward them. It doesn’t matter the company is small and only has two employers or big and a hundred employers, all is the same. A happy employer means most likely happy customers.
Another important thing is technical infrastructure. A small company may not need a huge database or programs, but all companies need a database for data histories. Also, needs to know well which data must keep inventorying, customer, employers, stocks… etc. All data is useful for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Reporting system , Preforms System, Stock Control…
First of all, you must make a difference in the sector where your business is and make every opportunity to advantage in the market.
