    How to get a team to work together!

    After work 15 years behind the computer in big companies I resigned.  It was looking hard to leave from my comfort zone and skipped the carrier.

    I always like my job because to be an analyst is great match with my personalty also like matrix and algorithms. But one of the my dream is travel around the world and discover the world with my own eyes. In the beginning, it was a littler difficult to leave from my comfort zone and turn my back to a good carrier. When I have joined life with my dream everything got fine.

    My work  followed me in my journey. I was giving advise companies with my experiences first. After a while, They told me that I can travel and work together, I can help companies and they can help me to keep continue my dream. I worked alone a while also, I was traveling alone. I met my love and we decided to discover the world together by motorcycles. We have combined our experience and add what we learned on the road from many different countries and cultures. Now,  I work alone sometimes or with my partner on the road.

    Customer relationship management; Customer relation management (CRM) is a term that use your strategies, technologies and experience to customer interactions improving customer service relationships and assisting in customer retention and sales growth, also for potential customers.

    It may be wrong to focus only customers in order to execute customer relations correctly.  When analyze to customer and behaviors We need to look their relationship to company and employers as well.  We determine needs, identify deficiencies,  make list what to do and start to work on it.  We worked for customer relationship with companies many different way. I was a consultant  or an employer a short period.  We were a customer a while for some companies to see and understand the relationship how can find solution.

    Reporting and data infrastructure; Businesses use several types of reports to communicate and status of a business. Examples of them are financial plans, customer service reviews, and marketing research. Therefore, type of business reports is an important communication tool.  And a data infrastructure is as a digital infrastructure that is known for promoting data consumption and sharing.  All is combain together. If You like to have business reports what you want The report must have all data. So, database needs to keep all data and the data infrastructure system must be work well.

    I can work as a consultant, business, system or data analyst  to analyze on existing reports and request reports, which kind of data they need, all data has on database or the data infrastructure, how to make easy  own reports any time… Also, we can work together on existing database to maintenance or build a new one.

    Digital marketing;  Digital marketing is all marketing effort that use an electronic device (digital devices ) or the internet to connect with customers and prospective customers on social media, mobile marketing, search engine, websites, videos, blog marketing…, including email.

But the common point to all of them to reach the right customer base, to keep the customer satisfaction at the highest levels, to expand the sales network and continue to grow the business step by step.

    At the present day, technologies have been changing; reach Internet from everywhere is so easy. People search more than before when they want to buy something. If you have any bad product review or bad customer relationship or rude workers people can find easily on Internet.  It is not a good start for a company or to keep continue and grow the business.

    Also, people spend more time with social media on Internet. So digital marketing is important for introduction, promotion or advertisement the company. If you can do it the correct way the return can be great.

    Good to focus your customers but you cannot forget about your workers performance and reward them. It doesn’t matter the company is small and only has two employers or big and a hundred employers, all is the same. A happy employer means most likely happy customers.

    Another important thing is technical infrastructure. A small company may not need a huge database or programs, but all companies need a database for data histories. Also, needs to know well which data must keep inventorying, customer, employers, stocks… etc. All data is useful for CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Reporting system , Preforms System, Stock Control…

    First of all, you must make a difference in the sector where your business is and make every opportunity to advantage in the market.

    Sometimes, a company cannot see well their self from the outside like a customer, employer or opportunity in their market or find a difference from others.  Missing little detail may be important for you.

    After we finished the African continent we were getting ready to ride in North and South America. I just went to check up and had the news that I am breast cancer.  My treatment will continue a while after that we will be on the road again.
